Excellent Parking and Friendly Staff
easy access friendly staff outdoor seating area
The hotel was easy to access by car, a great start. I found the staff super friendly. The outdoor seating area was a real bonus, especially in the evenings. I particularly appreciated the convenient and secure parking.
The room, however, was a little sparse, and it lacked some basic amenities. I did miss having a fridge and ironing facilities.

The hotel's proximity to key areas made getting around simple. It was close to the metro and other transport links. This allowed for easy access to different parts of the city.

Staff members were attentive. They responded promptly to requests. I found them helpful with directions, suggestions, and addressing a small issue, which I appreciated. Their positive attitude added to the overall stay.

good selection patient staff free parking
the breakfast had a good selection of items. i saw patient desk staff available to help. free parking was available but finding the correct entry took some time.
the shower did NOT have any hot water after 2 minutes.

friendly staff clean room cozy area poor location unsafe area long walk
the staff was very friendly to me. the room was clean. the exterior area looked quite cosy, i spent some time there.
the location was not ideal. i think the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. i didn't feel particularly safe walking around the area at night, so i had to be careful.

the room had a well appointed feel with a comfortable bed i appreciated the friendly staff and found their restaurant recommendation good the hotel provided convenient parking behind an automatic gate it made me feel secure i skipped room cleaning and received a free drink with a snack.
the toilet space in the bathroom felt a little tight.

breakfast was good and met my needs the restaurant looked beautiful even though i didn't eat there it seemed like a very appealing place to dine i noticed other guests seemed to enjoy the food.

the hotel is not very central but it is near a friend i was visiting the metro is about ten minutes away allowing convenient access to the city center there are only three stations from the hotel to the city center.

i used the car park the car park felt very secure because it was gated the hotel also has a great bar and outside terrace where you can relax in the evening the private parking was enough.
